Narcissistic Personality Disorder is a mental disorder that makes a person disregard the feelings of others and think of themselves as the most important people in every situation. This disorder is mostly found in men than in women. Researchers have not yet figured out the causes of NPD but they say genetics and environmental factors could cause a person to have NPD. • They Gaslight You: Men with NPD manipulate their women psychologically into believing that what they are seeing or experiencing is all in their heads and isn’t real. This action tends to result in low self-esteem on the part of the women and makes them always question themselves about what is and what isn’t real.
• They are always right: persons with NPD do not apologize when they offend another party because they are always right, well that’s what they believe. I have not seen a faultless person before in my life. Their holier-than-thou attitude makes you the woman feel awkward at all times because they are always picking on you in any given situation.
• Thy Lack Empathy: NPD persons simply do not feel for others. Dating or married to a person with this disorder and dealing with some sort of pain and struggle? just know that you are on your own and cannot count on them for emotional support.
• They Don’t Accept Breakup: Men with NPD attack when you let them know you are done with them or the relationship. They have a sense of being important more than every other person when it comes to looks, class and what have you. Breaking up with them bruises their ego and this makes them react negatively or in a harmful manner toward the women. One has to be strategic in breaking up with persons who have NPD.
• They Always Boast about how Great They Are: Men with this disorder talk highly of themselves and refuse to accept that have a mental disorder. They go on nonstop blowing their horns and telling their women how they are lucky to have them in their corner. If care is not taken women in such situations feel low about themselves and you know when another person builds up the idea of an inferiority complex in their head it might lead to depression.
